Emma has a unique blend of architectural acumen and business sense. These aren’t just personal gifts but traits that reflect her belief that art and business don’t just go together. They need one another. 

As General Manager, Emma oversees scheduling, resources and logistics, ensuring everything runs smoothly. She’s passionate about fostering a supportive and engaged team culture, believing  it is key to delivering high-quality architecture. Emma is dedicated to advocating for her team and their contributions to creating meaningful spaces.

Emma has over a decade of experience as a registered architect and project manager. During her years working as an Associate and then General Manager at Architects EAT,she won numerous design awards that reflected her innovative approach to practical design. 

Emma loves anything hands on — whether she’s cultivating her garden or taking on a fast-paced game of table tennis. She likes to think her hand-eye coordination is pretty decent and, while she’s not overly competitive, she definitely prefers to win (because who doesn’t?).
