Christopher Ch’ng is an early career professional who is excited to be on board the Air team, working on designing, drafting and coordinating between consultants. He is inspired by Air’s mission to be architects of experience, and in his own practice is always thinking about his designs from the point of view of the end user. He likes spaces that are comfortable — that is, spaces that feel good to spend time in. 

When asked about his influences, Christopher names both Tadao Ando and Salvador Dalí. At first this seems like an odd pairing — what does an austere minimalist have in common with a radical surrealist? But this combination is what makes Christopher such a creative designer. Like Ando and Dalí, Christopher is committed to evoking strong, specific emotions through his designs. He is an architect of experience.
