(I) Strategic Planning

Creating the brief

We create the brief alongside you. This is how we ensure that we are not just on the same page but speaking the same language.

We take our time on this step, which can involve plan mapping, site evaluation and seeking input from our pool of consultants. The goal is to begin the process with a concept that is buildable and within your budget.

Setting boundaries

We talk about the budget early. And we keep talking about it throughout the process, making sure you know exactly what to expect each step of the way. In a creative partnership, there is no room for vagueness.

Setting goals

After several site visits and meetings, we define exactly what success will look like for the project. We identify three to four  goals that’ll guide us through all phases of the design journey. Then, together with you, we revisit the brief and make any necessary adjustments.

(II) The Journey

Concept development

We bring our shared vision to life with 3D models and detailed plans, giving you a clear picture of the design. We only move forward once you’re confident and fully aligned with the direction we’ve created together.

Design development

Once the design is approved, we bring in key consultants to tackle any challenges and ensure all details are addressed. We hold workshops and presentations with you to make sure everything aligns with your goals.

Documentation

We wrap things up by finalising all the documentation with our consultants, making sure everything is  in sync for the builder to price. The joinery workshop then combs through every detail to analyse usability. No detail is too small for us to double-check.

(III) Construction

Preparing the team

Our vast network allows us to connect you with various builders and help you evaluate options carefully. If your project requires a quantity surveyor, we can also guide you through the process. We won’t rest until you’ve got the right people in place.

Site visits and check-ins

We don’t disappear after construction begins. Far from it. We schedule regular check ins and site visits and are always ready to adjust on the fly if problems arise. We know how to work with builders to make sure the vision comes through exactly as you hoped.

To the finish line

We remain your point of contact until the project is finished. If you have a problem — any problem — we’ll never tell you “That’s not our domain.” Instead, we’ll work with you to find a solution. That’s a promise.
